A geological CO₂-storage evidence pack was certified against seven Class VI constraints, attested with a verifiable credential bound to its evidence hash, then suspended when a plume-breach observation violated the Area-of-Review limit — automatically adjusting the carbon claim and revoking the attestation. Every step ran against real OSDU services.

Traceability. The 18 CCUS/SCEP schemas were generated directly from the dVeracity SysML v2 model (03_types_items.sysml); each carries an x-dve-sysml-source pointer, so the deployed OSDU kinds are formally traceable to the architecture spec — enum-typed attributes became JSON-Schema enum constraints. All records ground on OFPActivityRecord. Reproducible via run_all.sh against any OSDU.

Caveats & provenance

SyntheticModelled on the public IBDP Decatur geology, but the records and thresholds are illustrative demo parameters, not operator data.
Enforcement pointThe gate runs in the proof orchestration, not yet as OSDU-side OPA policy — OPA was disabled on this stack.
VerifiedAll seven evaluations and the full cascade were observed live on the cimpl-stack dev OSDU before it was decommissioned; records and version histories are exported here.
